PURCHASE TERMS

Net 30 days. Prices subject to change without notice. Items listed in the catalog are F.O.B. shipping point. A finance charge of 1 ½% per month will be charged on all accounts not paid within 30 days.

RETURNED GOODS

Authorization for returns must be obtained from Little Giant Fittings Company, Inc. (hereafter referred to as seller), prior to returning materials. Items out of seller’s possession for longer than three months cannot be returned for credit. All returned items must be in “as new” condition or credit will not be allowed. Orders for special items may not be canceled, nor will seller accept the return of such items for credit. A 10% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges, will be made on all returned items.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Seller is not liable for loss or damage in transit. It is important that the purchaser inspects each shipment for damage or shortage before accepting delivery. Purchaser’s claim for loss or damage must be filled with the carrier.

WARRANTY

Seller warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty shall not apply to product failure or defects from misuse, abuse, chemicals and/or acids, or accidents. The limit of seller’s liability for failure of any of its products to meet the foregoing warranty, expressed or implied, shall be to supply an equivalent amount of products and/or materials to the seller within three months of the original shipment and those products and/or materials must be must be found to be defective by the seller. Due to the widely varying conditions under which seller’s products are used or installed, seller offers no warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the length of service, service life or sustainability for any purposes. In no event, shall seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages. No person or employee is authorized to bind seller for any further warranty obligation beyond that stated in this paragraph.

Goods not of seller’s manufacture are warranted only by the manufacturer thereof to the extent of such manufactures warranty, if any. Seller makes no other warranty, either expressed or implied.
