Little Giant Fittings Company - Small logo ABOUT US

Little Giant Fittings Company, Inc. is a manufacturer of corrosion-resistant pipeline repair products. Established as a corporation under new ownership in 1995, it had been in existence as a division of a large corporation since the 1950’s.

Little Giant Fittings Company, Inc.

Our manufacturing facility is located in Great Bend, Kansas, for convenient centralized shipping anywhere in the United States.

Our products are made of filament wound fiberglass. In filament winding continuous fiberglass filaments, or glass rovings, are saturated with an epoxy resin and curing agent, then, helically wound in a predetermined geometric pattern around a steel mandrel. This process involves multiple passes over the length of the mandrel until the predetermined wall thickness is achieved. The parts are then cured at the elevated temperature, and then hydraulically removed from the mandrel.

Little Giant Fittings Company, Inc.

The filament winding process is widely recognized as the fabrication method that yields the highest fiber to resin ratio of the fiberglass production methods, which ultimately results in the highest possible strength to weight ratio.

With our wide assortment of mandrels and flexibility of our fabrication process, we are able to custom manufacture fittings for virtually any size or style of material. Sizes 2” through 16” can be custom made for your application needs.
